On May 13, 2024, in one of the buildings in Andisheh Town, Tabriz, after hearing
commotion, there was sudden silence. A middle-aged Tabriz man who had killed his
wife called the police to report the killing himself.
The special homicide investigator of Tabriz, along with the detectives of the criminal
investigation team, entered the couple’s home. They found the middle-aged woman,
whose face was severely bruised and lifeless. After a thorough examination, the
investigator approached the middle-aged man and asked why he strangled his wife. The
man simply responded, “I strangled her with a charger cable.”
This couple has two daughters, both of whom are married. The middle-aged man is
