Hadith Mirabi, a 25-year-old woman from Zahedan, had been living independently in
Saravan after being neglected and disowned by her family, including her parents and
brothers. She moved to Saravan to start a new life and took up the profession of
hairstyling. With her income from hairstyling, she rented her own place and created an
independent life for herself.
According to a reliable source, Hadith returned to her father’s home after some time to
claim her share of the inheritance. However, her 20-year-old brother shot her multiple
times in the neck and killed her before leaving the scene. The source, who wished to
remain anonymous, mentioned that “a plan had been made in advance to kill Hadith,
and they were just waiting for the right opportunity to carry out their plan. Hadith’s
mother hadn’t spoken to her for some time, as she considered Hadith to be a disgrace
to the family and was strongly against her decisions.”

this case, likely the father) gives consent, the brother will not face severe punishment
and will receive, at most, a one- to two-year sentence for the public aspect of the crime.
