On the afternoon of Monday, April 15, 2024, a man in Miandoab shot and his wife
before taking his own life with a handgun. Hangir Masoudi, the Miandoab public
prosecutor and revolutionary court judge, cited “family personal disputes” as the reason
for the incident.
The man’s wife, who was severely injured, was taken to the hospital.
