USA – New York: Tonya Harvey, 33-killed in February 2018

Tonya Harvey was shot and killed on a dead-end street in Buffalo, New York, where she lived. People who knew her commented after her death that she was a talented performer. One friend also wrote “I remember her when she was young, always so kind, respectful, loving, always had a smile”.
